Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please inspect these items carefully upon arrival.
How to Return or Exchange

- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip if possible.
- Ship It Back: Send your return package to our Cambridge facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
